5th December - Dressing the Christmas Tree

It was a cold evening that saw the Wokingham Town schools arrive to present their decorations to the Mayor Cllr Gwynneth Hewetson and Mini-Mayor Elysia.

13 local schools took part and carols were wonderfully led by Wokingham Choral Society.

Many thanks also to 1^st Winnersh Scouts for doing the refreshments and for Tesco and Marks and Spencer for donating mince pies.

The decorations are already on the tree and are looking lovely.
