The 12th night of the Wokingham Living Advent
Calendar saw us in Bush Walk outside Rococo Jewellers. A chilly evening, our
performer, Wokingham’s own Saskia Lorrison, struggled as many
do at this time of year with a guitar detuning itself in the elements.
Regardless we enjoyed a series of covers including Justin Bieber’s
new song “Sorry”, Dolly Parton’s “Jolene” and a traditional Irish folk song “The
Parting Glass”.
Tonight you will find the performance at Brown Bag café where
you can enjoy Border Morris dancing with Shinfield Shambles.
