There was great energy at H2O last night with the dances of Morris
side Fleet Morris. These ladies performed a series of dances including those
that use sticks and handkerchiefs.
Fleet Morris was formed in 1984, and has a wide repertoire
of dances, mainly in the Cotswold style.
Their dances are based round those from the villages of Adderbury,
Bampton, Ducklington, Fieldtown and Lichfield, with a few Border dances thrown
in to change the tempo.
The audience were invited to join in the dancing which they
attempted with great gusto. As well as those who braved the cold there was also
a curious few watching from the warm Waitrose Café.
We hope to see you again tonight for another fab performance.
Tonight it is at Martin and Pole who have this message for you all.
